Greetings all…
Once again, we are looking forward to being with you this week, as we gather around His Word. Why is it so important to understand that the Bible is the Word of God??? Our salvation depends on it. Our salvation is based on the Gospel, and the Gospel is revealed in the Word of God. Apart from Gospel truth, no one is saved. If we want others to be saved, we need to give them something to believe. And what do we give them? The Word of God! “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God” (Romans 10:17). Growth as a Christian depends on the Word of God. “As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the Word, that you may grow thereby” (1 Peter 2:2). “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” (2nd. Timothy 3: 16)
