This morning I came across a card that had been printed more than 20 years ago and given out by a former church I had the privilege to serve. The Card has a title ‘Prayer for Bill and Krys McLean’, and is followed by Ephesians 6:19 & 20… “Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly as I should.”
I remember the first time I saw that card being humbled literally to the point of tears. I still have the same emotion as I think about the privilege, we have to share so great a salvation. I would covet your prayers for that, as we continue to carry the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
