Warmest greetings to you and your loved ones at this very special season of the year!
God’s Spirit desires to remind each of us afresh that “The Word became flesh and dwelt among us.” Who can plumb the depths of such a truth as that? The Lamb of God, the One who was to come and offer His precious blood as the sacrifice for our sins, came to dwell among us!
The ‘Infinite One’ became an ‘infant son’! The ‘Ancient of Days’ became a ‘child of time’; born to die and become the redeemer of those who would turn from their own lives and trust Him. His promise is sure!!! His purpose is certain!
This is the very foundation of God and we can trust all that we are to Him and build upon His Word!
So when we meditate on the meaning of Christmas, let us not just see the baby in the manger. Christmas is not just about infancy, it’s about deity!
Emmanuel!!! God has come and dwelt among us, coming to seek and save the lost, and to give His life a ransom for many… Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace and goodwill to men.
Now that’s something to celebrate and rejoice about.
Join us Wednesday evening at 7 PM, live, as we continue our study in Revelation, and again on Sunday as we spend the next couple of weeks looking at the ‘Miracle of the Incarnation.’
