When Moses encountered God in the burning bush, Major Ian Thomas (an evangelist from the last century) imagined Moses saying something like… “Would you look at that bush, it just keeps on burning for God; I wish my life could burn for God and keep on burning.” Major Thomas then imagined God replying… “Moses, you think the bush is wonderful, but I could do the same with the bush beside it. Moses, it’s not the bush… it’s God in the bush! Any bush will do!
It’s not you! It’s not me! We are only the vessels of God’s anointing. He will fill us and use us for His glory.
We are unable to meet at the church during ‘lockdown‘, so please join us online after 9 AM.
As I sought the Lord for what He would have me share with you this week, He led me to Psalm 11, which is so appropriate for all that has taken place and is taking place in the world around us. His Word is ‘more up to date than tomorrow’s newspaper.’
