And who is he who will harm you if you become followers of that which is good? But even if you should suffer for righteousness sake, you are blessed. And do not be afraid of their threats, or be troubled. But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to anyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear. 1st. Peter 3: 13-15
We are often told to “keep the faith”. But, we should not only keep it but also give it away. In my mind, if I have no desire to give it away, I should give it up. Anyone born of the Spirit of God, should have an innate desire to share it with others.
Two things about that: First of all, be real. The world isn’t looking for a new definition of the Gospel, but rather a new demonstration of it. Be real. Secondly, be ready. When you start being real, people will start asking questions, you need to be ready.
